What I learned by running the Bèrghem Ultra Trail 135K

I learned you should always run your own race, and don’t compare yourself to others or try to keep pace with someone else. You never know what kind of preparation they had, but you definitely know how ill prepared you are. Keep the first half slow, then ramp it up in the second half.
