Hollybank Forest short walk

Posted by JM on Jul 18, 2021

We had a great turn out to Hollybank Forest although a couple of us arrived late (me). Thank you to Anna, Lewis and friend, Hildegunn, Stuart and Wendy, Sarah, Trudy, Rachel, Dee and Beth for waiting and your patience. Once underway we headed through the Hollybank forest and down to the Piper River, where the water was overflowing and crashing down its rocky path. We continued on the trail back up to the carpark, where we had a stop for coffee at the Hollybank centre. For those who stayed there was a spot of cricket in the park. Thanks for a short but sweet day :)
