Thanks to the amazing group of Anna, Claire, Hildegunn, Hannah, Sarah and Betsy, who climbed the mammoth of Mt Arthur.
It was a challenging hike in more ways than one, but the views from the top of Bass Strait, Lilydale, Bridport, Tamar River, Launceston and more, were sensational.
We started in temperate rainforest and made our way up through myrtle beech, until we reached the top where there was boulder scrambling, some slippery negotiations, and a classic catch as one member dived into safe arms.
It was warm, then cloudy, but the sun smiled on us at the top. Thanks for a great day out. See you all again soon and everyone’s welcome to the next event!
